Fresh shrimp sauce with the prized “Pandalus Borealis” variety of the cold seas


Sunflower oil, shrimp (Pandalus borealis (allergen: CROSTACEI), water, salt, acidity corrector E330, preservatives E202, E221, process stabilizers E410, E415, E535), pasteurized egg mixture, wine vinegar, double tomato concentrate (99.5% tomato, salt), sugar, salt, brandy, lemon juice (100% lemon juice), acidity corrector: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain traces of mustard.

Appearance: homogeneous emulsion
Color: pale pink
Smell: typical, recognizable in the note shrimp and brandy
Taste: typical, delicate sweet, with a noticeable shrimp note
Consistency: compact / creamy

The eggs used in the egg mixture come from hens raised in battery and fed without the use of artificial colors (the product does not contain synthetic dye E 160f).

GMO declaration

In the preparation and production of fresh mayonnaise, no ingredients are used that may derive from genetic modification processes: all the ingredients used are declared by the suppliers to comply with the regulations in force (Reg. EC 1829 and 1830 of 2003 and relative updates).
